What is HubSpot Breeze?

HubSpot Breeze is the AI feature bundle across HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and support hubs. It is not a single product but a collection of AI features layered across the platform.

The features: AI content generation for emails and blog posts, predictive lead scoring, an AI chatbot for customer support, the Breeze Copilot for asking conversational questions about your CRM data, and Breeze Agents for autonomous workflow execution that drafts emails or schedules outreach without manual triggers.

Lead scoring is the most useful piece. It uses your actual sales outcome data (which deals closed, which did not) to predict which leads will convert. Accuracy improves as you accumulate more deal history.

Included in existing HubSpot Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. Some advanced add-on products (Breeze Intelligence, certain agents) are sold separately.

Best for teams already standardized on HubSpot who want native AI features integrated with their existing customer data. Not a reason to pick HubSpot over Salesforce or other CRMs. Your CRM choice should drive the platform decision.
