AI Tools for Marketing is a curated directory of AI tools for marketers. We list tools, write honest reviews, and accept paid submissions for inclusion. We are not affiliated with the tools we list unless explicitly stated. Some outbound links are paid placements or partner links and we may earn a commission when you click and purchase, but this never affects which tools we list or what we say about them.

You can submit your tool for a one-time fee. We review every submission manually. We reserve the right to:

• Edit your submitted description for clarity, length, and editorial standards
• Reject submissions that do not fit our quality bar or content guidelines
• Remove listings that no longer meet our standards or violate these terms

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your listing is live.

The only exception: if we reject your submission for not fitting our content guidelines, we refund the full amount within 5 business days.

All purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There are no auto-renewals or recurring charges.

Featured and Top Spot placements last 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, your listing stays live as a permanent standard listing, but you lose the featured slot and badge. We email a renewal reminder 5 days before expiration.

If you decide to remove your listing early, the listing comes down but no partial refund is issued.

We do not list:

• Gambling, betting, or sports prediction tools
• Adult content, NSFW, or AI companion products
• "Uncensored" or jailbreak-focused AI tools
• Crypto trading bots or token-launch tools
• Anything illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Non-AI tools, or AI tools with no marketing use case

You may not scrape, crawl at unreasonable rates, attempt to break authentication, or otherwise misuse the site. You may not submit content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or is unlawful.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business decisions made based on the information here. Do your own due diligence before purchasing any tool listed on this site.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
